Welcome to your Baku tour. on arrival at the airport in Baku, you will be meet and transferred to hotel.

Today morning after breakfast proceed to full day sightseeing. Including Old City (Icheri Seher) Tour, Shopping at Ganjlik Mall / Park Bulvar Mall, Visit to Alley of Martyrs’/ Highland Park, Excursion to Fountain Square & Nizami Street.

Overnight in Baku. (B)

Today morning after breakfast, Visit to Bibi Heybat Mosque, Visit to World’s First Oil Well, Visit to Ateshgah Fire Temple (Entry tickets included), Visit to Yanardag Burning Mountain (Entry tickets included).

Evening return to hotel and overnight in Baku. (B)

Morning after breakfast Visit to Gobustan National Park (Entry tickets included), Photo Stop tour of Heyder Aliyev Center,

Shopping at Green Bazaar (Yasil Bazaar) then proceed to Baku City Night Tour.

VISA PROCESS

  • Send clear scanned copies of passports (Front & Back) – Passport must valid for 6 month after the issuing date of Visa.
  • We’ll apply for E-Visa of Azerbaijan & will take 3-4 working days
  • Urgent e-visa is issued within 3 hours regardless of holidays and non-working days with additional cost.
  • The period of validity of the travel document should be 3 months longer than the expire date of the e-visa to be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • As per RBI new guidelines, PAN card copy for all guest(s) is mandatory for international travelers.
  • The above package is based on the exact number of people mentioned.
  • Tour program can be flexible upon weather conditions.
  • It requires minimum 10 pax to add lunch & dinners in the package.
  • Please allow us 3-4 working days to process Visa for Azerbaijan.
  • Airfare is not included and May change at the time of finalization of the booking.
  • Check-in & Check-out as per hotel policies.
  • ThoughPlease note we are not holding any reservation. the Islands have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destinations.
  • Transport mention is applicable between 11 AM – 09 PM within city limits.

45 – 60 days before departure  :  Rs.50% of total tour cost

45 days before departure  :  75% of total tour cost

Less than 30 days of departure  :  100% of total tour cost

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If circumstances make you cancel our Holiday, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the Booking conditions of the Holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges. Charges may change for third party products i.e Airline / Cruise.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON:

45 days or more prior to the departure  :  Rs. 25% + 18% GST

44 To 30 days prior to the departure  :  Rs. 50% + 18% GST

14 to 06 days prior to the departure  :  Rs. 100% + 18% GST
